Website Document Policy

The staff of the Legislative Budget Board posts on the board’s internet website all documents prepared by the staff of the board that are: directly connected to an appropriation of funds from the state treasury, provided to a committee, subcommittee, or conference committee of either chamber of the Texas Legislature, and not otherwise excepted by Chapter 552, Government Code.
